SS19/21 - Cabeceiras de Basto

Considered by many to be one of the most beautiful sections of the Vodafone Rally de Portugal, Cabeceiras de Basto's route has been revamped this year. Starting in the Veiga leisure area, the new route takes in roads that have never been used before in the Rally of Portugal.
Spectator Area 33
The Zone provides a wide viewing area for spectators who will have the opportunity to see the approach to the junction and its exit over a 400 metre stretch. This area is suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Spectator Area 34
This EZ, located in the new part of the Cabeceiras de Basto section, offers spectators the chance to follow the section from an elevated point where they can watch the competitors pass through the forest and a winding area.

SS20/22 - Fafe
Schedule — 1.st passage at 8:35am I 2.nd passage at 12:15pm
It is considered "The Cathedral of Rallies in Portugal", in perfect parallel with the devotion and pilgrimage that takes place there as the competitors pass by. Its 11.18 kilometres are home to the race's two biggest drawcards: Confurco and the asphalt pass - not forgetting the Pedra Sentada jump, which closes the section with a golden seal. Many thousands of people come to both places "on pilgrimage" to watch the WRC caravan pass by. The festivities begin the afternoon before, when spectators start gathering to save the best place to watch the cars pass, and last until the last competitor has passed through the section that will also be the stage for the Power Stage.
Spectator Area 35
This spectacular area marks the entrance to the best-known part of the Fafe section. The competitors approach on tarmac to enter the dirt at a left-hand hairpin at a crossroads.

Spectator Area 36
Given its length along the course, you'll be able to follow the competitors for a few minutes, as this spectacle area is at a high point, which makes it easier to see.

Spectator Area 37
This spectacular area's strong point is its visibility. Competitors can be properly accompanied for several kilometres before arriving at the highlight of this section, the famous Salto da Pereira - the first of two jumps that you can see and count on here in the Fafe section.

Spectator Area 38
At the well-known Confurco, visibility and comfort will be combined to create an atmosphere that proves impressive every year. Here spectators will be able to follow the descent to the EN311, the traditional passage on the tarmac, and then the climb towards the end of the stage and the Salto da Pedro Sentada.

Spectator Area 39
A spectacular area of excellence where the famous Pedra Sentada jump will be awaited by all with great anticipation and emotion. Located just a few hundred metres from the end of the stage and the end of the Power Stage, it will certainly be a grand finale for the Vodafone Rally de Portugal 2024. This area can accommodate people with reduced mobility.
